is a 24’ x 36’ x 10.5’ insulated, heated, oversized three-bay garage with a half bath on Union Street in Blue Hill, Maine. It was built in 2016. Nikolai is currently outfitting it for lens based projects and study programs.

There are an additional two unheated garage bays with standard garage doors attached to the main space. These are accessible but mainly used for storage in winter months. They do present an opportunity for projects that open onto the lawn behind the building and the forest edge during warm weather. 

Nikolai uses this space for his personal and professional work, and facilitates New Garage Arts programs in the studio.
